On the Renewal of the Bank of Japan Web Site

The Bank launched today a renewed web site.

The Bank has also released a new, five-minute introductory video, "Welcome to the Bank of Japan Web Site."

In the video, Governor Masaaki Shirakawa introduces the Bank's policies and business operations and supplies hints to the users on how to effectively navigate through the web site.

The Bank will continue to make efforts to provide web services that are more user-friendly.
