Additions and Deletions to "Collateral Accepted by the Bank of Japan"

In line with the amendments to "Guidelines on Eligible Collateral", the Bank of Japan has added and deleted the items as listed below to "Collateral Accepted by the Bank of Japan".

Additions

Categories of Collateral

Loans on deeds to the government (including government's special accounts)
Loans on deeds with government guarantees
Loans on deeds to municipal governments

Deletions

Categories of Collateral

Loans on deeds to the Government's Special Account for the Allotment of Local Allocation Tax and Local Transfer Tax
Loans on deeds to the Deposit Insurance Corporation with government guarantee
Loans on deeds to the Bank's Shareholdings Purchase Corporation with government guarantee
