Release of Latest "Loans and Bills Discounted by Sector" and "Loans to Households" Data

The most recent 2025:Q3 figures for "Loans and Bills Discounted by Sector" and "Loans to Households" are now available at "BOJ Time-Series Data Search."

In addition, revisions have been made to the figures for the following data series in "Loans and Bills Discounted by Sector" and "Loans to Households" from the first quarter of 2020 to the second quarter of 2025.

  • Loans and Bills Discounted by Sector (Outstanding, Loans for Fixed Investment)

    Domestically Licensed Banks (Banking Accounts, Trust Accounts and Overseas Office Accounts) , Domestically Licensed Banks (Banking Accounts) and Shinkin Banks

  • Loans and Bills Discounted by Sector (Outstanding, Loans for Fixed Investment <by Scale of Enterprises>)

    Domestically Licensed Banks (Banking Accounts, Trust Accounts and Overseas Office Accounts) and Domestically Licensed Banks (Banking Accounts)

  • Loans and Bills Discounted by Sector (New Loans for Fixed Investment)

    Domestically Licensed Banks (Banking Accounts, Trust Accounts and Overseas Office Accounts) , Domestically Licensed Banks (Banking Accounts) and Shinkin Banks

  • Loans and Bills Discounted by Sector (New Loans)
