- Figures may be revised retroactively due to changes in seasonal adjustments, changes in base year, revisions to preliminary figures, and corrections.
- The following Tankan (Short-Term Economic Survey of Enterprises in Japan) data have been moved to the "Discontinued Releases" section of the Bank's web site: (1) the time-series data in the previous text format up through the March 2009 survey; and (2) the final updates of the discontinued data series, namely, the Tankan (Overseas Activities) and the Principal Enterprises' Tankan, both released on December 15, 2003.
