Funds-Supplying Operations against Pooled Collateral
Funds-supplying operations by which the Bank extends loans to its counterparties, which are backed by collateral submitted to the Bank by them.
| Note | In the principal terms and conditions, the interest rate on loans under the fixed-rate method is stipulated to be the Bank's target for the uncollateralized overnight call rate stipulated in the guideline for money market operations on the day of disbursement of the loan. However, the Bank decided to amend "Temporary Rules regarding Funds-Supplying Operation against Pooled Collateral" in January 2016, and the interest rate applied to loans under the fixed-rate method is 0 percent for the time being. |
