Outright Purchases of CP (Invalid)
Funds-supplying operations to purchase CP and ABCP that are deemed eligible
as collateral by the Bank and are a-1 rated, with a residual maturity of up to
three months. Operations are conducted by a conventional auction with the
minimum yields determined by the Bank.
