1The Bank's total assets outstanding at the end of September 2011 is 138.4 trillion yen, with an approximate increase of 18.1 trillion yen from the corresponding balance of 120.3 trillion yen at the end of September 2010 (the rate of increase is 15.0%).

The increase mainly reflects the Bank's outright purchases of JGBs and treasury discount bills through the Asset Purchase Program.
Loans (excluding those to the Deposit Insurance Corporation) +6.8trillion yen (+18.9%)
The increase reflects the increase in the funds provision through the fixed-rate funds-supplying operation against pooled collateral conducted through the Asset Purchase Program and the fund-provisioning measure to support strengthening the foundations for economic growth.

Current deposits +14.5trillion yen (+71.7%)
The increase mainly reflects the funds provision through the Asset Purchase Program.
