This is the dealing room. Here dealers buy and sell Japanese
yen and foreign currencies (the US dollar and others).
Such transactions are conducted by the Bank, as the agency
of the finance minister, mainly to stabilize the value of
the Japanese currency against foreign currencies (This is
generally called "foreign exchange intervention").
