This operation counter functions as "bank of the government." The government has deposit accounts at the Bank. These accounts accept payments collected from citizens, including taxes, social insurance premiums, and fines for traffic violations. The accounts are also used for payments related to the activities of the government including public investment and salary payments to public employees. Public pensions are also paid to recipients from the government's accounts. Payment and receipt of treasury funds (the government's money) are conducted at this operation counter as described above.
