バーゼル銀行監督委員会は、11月12日、「バーゼルIII規制改革の実施状況に関するG20首脳向け報告書」（原題：Implementation of Basel standards - A report to G20 Leaders on implementation of the Basel III regulatory reforms -）、「銀行の規制資本比率計測における過度なばらつきの削減にかかるG20向け報告書」（原題：Reducing excessive variability in banks' regulatory capital ratios - A report to the G20 -）と題する報告書を公表しました。
