Warning against Scam Mails Using the Bank of Japan's Name

The Bank of Japan has recently been made aware of scam mails using the Bank of Japan's name, instructing recipients to make payments under the pretext of fee and the like in attempts to defraud them.

The Bank of Japan is not connected in any way with such cases and advises caution against scam mails.
