In its Medium-Term Strategic Plan, the Bank indicates that, in order to carry out the strategic objectives stated in the Plan, it will work to secure the necessary employee numbers and to increase the efficiency of its overall business operations. The ceiling on the number of full-time employees for each fiscal year will be decided and made public based on this basic understanding.
