Periodic Revision of the Corporate Goods Price Index

In line with the periodic revision of the Corporate Goods Price Index (CGPI), some figures from January 2011 and onward have been revised. (The revised data are available in "BOJ Time-Series Data Search.")

• Note:For details on the retroactive revision, please see the section 7 of "Outline of the Corporate Goods Price Index (CGPI, 2010 base)."

Following this revision in Commodity indexes, changes have also been made to the higher order indexes.

CGPI data are available in the "Price Indexes Annual," "Financial and Economic Statistics Monthly" and "Bank of Japan Statistics" as well as in the Bank of Japan website. Revised data can be obtained from "BOJ Time-Series Data Search."
