Changes in Items in "Sources of Changes in Current Account Balances at the Bank of Japan and Market Operations"

In line with the decisions at the Monetary Policy Meeting on April 4, 2013 (Introduction of the "Quantitative and Qualitative Monetary Easing"), the Bank of Japan has changed the formats of "Sources of Changes in Current Account Balances at the Bank of Japan and Market Operations."
The details are as follows.
1. Monthly (preliminary figures)
The item "BOJ Loans and Market Operations (excluding the Loan Support Program and the Asset Purchase Program)" is renamed "BOJ Loans and Market Operations (excluding the Loan Support Program)."
The item "BOJ Loans and Market Operations (Asset Purchase Program)" is deleted from "BOJ Loans and Market Operations."
2. Monthly (final figures)
The item "BOJ Loans and Market Operations (excluding the Loan Support Program and the Asset Purchase Program)" is renamed "BOJ Loans and Market Operations (excluding the Loan Support Program)."
The items "BOJ Loans and Market Operations (Asset Purchase Program)" and its subitems are deleted from "BOJ Loans and Market Operations." Also, the item "Asset Purchase Program" and its subitems are deleted from "Amount outstanding."
The items "Outright purchases of CP," "Outright purchases of Corporate Bonds," "Outright purchases of ETFs," and "Outright purchases of J-REITs" are added to both "BOJ Loans and Market Operations" and "Amount outstanding".
